Ítem Análisis geo-estadístico de siniestralidad en la UPZ 46 Castilla-Localidad de KennedyMoreno Espitia, Juan Sebastián; Arguello Mira, Luz Adriana; Pardo Pinzón, JanethFatalities due to road accidents are a priority issue worldwide, and a series of strategies and public policies have been developed to safeguard people's lives. The yearbooks of road accidents show that in Bogota between the years 2014 to 2019 the lowest accident rates were presented, although it decreased by 21% remaining below the national rate, 12,863 road accidents were reported. Taking into account that Bogota is the city with the largest population in Colombia, with 7,592,871 inhabitants representing 15.4% of the national population, it is there where the largest number of deaths due to road accidents in the country is concentrated, of which 46.7% were pedestrians, 27.3% motorcyclists, 13.5% cyclists, 10.5% passengers and 2% drivers. 5% and 2% drivers; likewise, it is evident that the locality with the highest number of serious accidents is Kennedy, for the year 2019 reported a total of 1,740, of which 1,687 were injured and 37 killed, with the most vulnerable actors being pedestrians and motorcyclists (Mobility, road accident yearbook , 2015,2020). On the other hand, the perception of the inhabitants of Bogota suggests that road accidents are directly related to the state of the road network, the lack of signaling and the abuse of their conditions when driving, such as: the consumption of alcohol, psychoactive substances and speeding are considered the main causes of road accidents. This is why the objective of this study is focused on identifying the degree of accident rate from the geo-statistical analysis of the UPZ 46 Castilla of the locality of Kennedy to be able to represent it through maps that will allow identifying the points of greater accident rate, since it is the locality with the highest rates of road accidents in the city of Bogota.Ítem Diseño del plan de seguridad vial para el Colegio Liceo Femenino Mercedes NariñoLopéz Lagos, Sebastian; Verdugo Campos, Mellissa Alejandra; Pardo Pinzón, JannethThis document presents the process by which a design of a Road Safety Plan is suggested that can be taken as an improvement to the School Mobility Plan developed by the Directorate of Student Welfare of school Lyceum Feminine Mercedes Nariño (Alcaldia Mayor de Bogotá, 2017), from the areas of knowledge that include the curricular project of technology in topography, through which a solution will be given to the road safety problems in which it is immersed in said school environment, following the indications set forth in District Decree 594 issued on December 30 of 2015, through the which are given the guidelines and purposes of a road safety plan in order to minimize accidents inside and outside school environments (Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá, 2015), all this through spatial analysis of databases.
