PMBOK) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). To carry out this analysis, the earned value technique (Earned Value Management - EVM) widely described in the PMBOK Guide will be applied, which allows evaluating the performance of the project in terms of cost and time. Specifically, the study will focus on the analysis of the foundation and structure activities for all of the project's towers, taking into account that these chapters are framed within the critical path and represent close to 60% of the direct costs. Based on the EVM methodology, schedule and cost performance indices will be calculated, as well as their variations and forecast indicators, in order to characterize the variations with respect to the budget and schedule initially planned in the project. Subsequently, these deviations will be compared in relation to all the project units, to contextualize the results obtained and finally, based on the calculated indices, recommendations and lessons learned will be proposed that can contribute to knowledge in the effective management of housing projects. social interest in the city of Bogotá. Although the project has a well-defined scope and is based on a standard methodology such as EVM, some limitations are expected related to the reliability and transparency of the data, the possibility of extrapolating the results, the experience required in EVM and comparability with other projects.Ítem Análisis de criterios de sostenibilidad aplicados en la gerencia de proyectos de infraestructura vial en ColombiaRodríguez Santos, Edwin Fabián; Sánchez Galindo, Daniel Estiben; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge Arturo; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge Arturo [0000-0002-0953-9745]This degree work corresponds to a monograph, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis of the implementation of sustainability in road infrastructure projects, mainly in the context of the construction sector in the national territory. As a first step for the development of the monograph, a bibliographic search of the cases of application of sustainability criteria in the road infrastructure construction sector was carried out; process that resulted in the identification of six (6) evaluation methodologies at the international level and three (3) sustainability guides applied at the national level; Through a comparative analysis of these methodologies and guides, those common sustainability criteria that are applied in road infrastructure projects were established. After identifying the sustainability criteria applied in road engineering, it was proposed to carry out a survey of professionals involved in the development of this type of project, with the aim of knowing the perception regarding the level of implementation of these criteria in the projects in question. who participate or have participated. Once the degree of application of the sustainability criteria for road infrastructure projects was known, a series of recommendations were formulated to be taken into account by the professionals in charge of directing and managing projects, in order to integrate the three pillars of sustainability (economic, social and environmental) and offer an interesting alternative for optimal planning, execution, management, control and evaluation of road engineering projects in Colombia.Ítem Análisis de desempeño de un proyecto de vivienda VIS en el sur de Bogotá a partir de la metodología de valor ganadoGonzáles Rodríguez, Kiara Daniela; Moncayo Córdoba, Nicolás Giancarlo; Sáenz Trujillo, Deivi Stev; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoEarned value is characterized as a quantitative methodology for monitoring and control of projects, hence it has become a fundamental component in the management of projects in different organizations. For this research the main objective is to determine the performance in terms of cost and time of a VIS housing project in the south of Bogota, based on the earned value methodology following the recommendations of the Pmbok guide. For the development of this work, the analysis was made in Project, implementing the methodology and identifying the performance indicators to determine the status of the project, thus it was obtained that the indicator corresponding to the performance of the cost and schedule is favorable, therefore, the work presents a good management in the execution of the activities. On the other hand, the variables that have the greatest impact on this result are those related to the execution of each of the activities. Finally, it can be inferred that the project will be completed within the initially defined budget ceiling, according to the value obtained from the variation at completion, which presents a positive value.Ítem Análisis de gestión de riesgos financieros aplicado a contratos de mantenimiento vial en la ciudad de Bogotá - caso de estudio contrato idu 1116 de 2016Rodríguez Ibagón, Lady Steffany; Baracaldo Hastamorir, Jonathan Fabián; Bonilla Parra, Manuela Alejandra; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoIn the development of the bidding processes for the execution of public works contracts, the lack of planning is evident in the execution of previous studies that allow identifying the risks in which the contracts can be developed. These risks financially affect the cost of projects and therefore it is necessary to pay close attention in how the risk matrices are raised by the contracting entities, and how the contractor is involved in their construction. In this way, through the case study of the IDU 1116 contract of 2016, it is proposed to present different financial risks that should be taken into account during the execution of the bidding process, and how these, when materialized, directly impacted the cost of the contract.Ítem Análisis de la implementación de la metodología PMI a la planeación de una licitación pública para estudios, diseños y construcción de parques en la Ciudad de BogotáLancheros Ovalle, Lina María; Ortiz Blanco, Fernando Augusto; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoThis monograph focuses on the study of the application of the methodologies and guidelines proposed by PMI through its PMBOK 6th. ed. to the planning phase of public bid developed by the Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte - IDRD. A scenario is proposed where these technologies are not used but where traditional technologies are used that offer greater profitability per unit purchased from the executor of the work and a cost comparison is made that shows the relationship between that scenario and the one where there was incorporation of technologies. sustainable. All this focused on presenting data that allows investors in housing projects with a certification option to choose to execute them using the results shown here; It was found that the percentages of cost overruns if a budget that does not involve sustainable technologies is taken as a basis vary depending on the type of project, showing more favorable results for VIS projects.Ítem Análisis geotécnico de taludes en los cerros orientales de Bogotá-Localidad Usaquén con implementación de mallas de alta resistenciaBarragán Bayona, Vanessa Camila; Acero Molina, Andres Gustavo; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoThe FDLUSA (Usaquén Local Development Fund) carries out local plans aimed at mitigating risks, where the inhabitants of the eastern hills are affected by different phenomena such as mass removal in the polygons included in the site base. IDIGER intervention. Given the need to mitigate these conditions, studies and designs were carried out through the local mayor's office for some Risk Mitigation points due to mass removal, resulting in 2014 alternatives and recommended designs for these points to intervene, the above It was carried out by means of a public works tender. This work carries out a case study considering the stabilization of slopes with steep slopes and outcrops of fractured rock massifs in order to analytically evaluate the performance of conventional steel meshes and high-resistance meshes in mitigating the risk of rock falls, and its behavior with the materials of the Guadalupe formation in the eastern hills located north of the city of Bogotá. Stability analyzes were performed by the limit equilibrium method and coupled stability and deformation analyzes by the finite element technique in order to establish the performance of the energy control meshes. It was found the tensions that the meshes can withstand against the thrust produced by a slope with slopes greater than 45 degrees with the characteristic parameters of the Guadalupe formation.Ítem Análisis preliminar de la estabilización de una excavación profunda mediante la técnica de congelamiento de suelosPino Arias, Anthony; Riveros Antolinez, Wilson Javier; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge Arturo; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoThis degree work is focused on the initial approach of a water flow stabilization alternative in excavation through soil freezing techniques, according to geotechnical characteristics of project location, problematics identified throughout the building and its impact on project financial terms.Ítem Análisis tridimensional de la ejecución de dos excavaciones profundas en la ciudad de Bogotá d.c., empleando elementos finitosAldana Martinez, Jhon Ricardo; Kevin Julián, Pachón Solano; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoThe objective of this work is to carry out the three-dimensional modeling of two excavations that were made in soft soils in Bogotá. With these models, an analysis of the geotechnical behavior of these excavations was attempted. Additionally, the obtained results were compared and verified with two-dimensional models of the same excavations. This work aims to validate the three-dimensional models and promote the use of this type of numerical modeling in geotechnical design. The analyzed buildings consist of several levels above the ground and up to three basements each. However, they differ in their geometries, sizes, use of the building, and variation in location, which allows analyzing different stratigraphic profiles that delineate the type of soil found in two specific areas of the city of Bogotá. The displacement results observed during the construction stages were obtained through geotechnical instrumentation and were compared with the results obtained from the three-dimensional modeling. The three-dimensional models were based on geotechnical information obtained through instrumentation and field measurements. Some parameters were modified within the three-dimensional modeling to adjust the behavior and make it similar to the results obtained through instrumentation. Finally, the results of the three-dimensional modeling were compared with the two-dimensional models, showing some differences in terms of displacements. The two-dimensional modeling differed from the field measurements, while the three-dimensional modeling showed a better fit and allowed analyzing the structure in its entirety, including the entire geometry of both buildings. This validates the application of these models in geotechnical designs and provides guidelines for their use in future construction projects.Ítem “Aplicación de la guía PMBOK 6TH edición en un proyecto de iluminación de subestaciones eléctricas en Cundinamarca”Sánchez Cortés, Martín Ronaldo; Munévar Velandia, Carlos Enrique; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoThis project is involved in the lighting of electrical substations in Cundinamarca and it focused on the PMBOK 6 th edition guide application on the scope, schedule and cost knowledge areas in order to take an appropriate management of them. According to the background information, the earned value technique and common activities in order to achieve the scope. The work breakdown structure and its dictionary are made together and it contains the principal activities description. The MS Project tool is used to sequence activities, resource allocating, activities estimation, project duration, and the basic performance indicators. Once these values are achieved, the baseline of the project is established in order to make the comparison from the execution of the project by the executing company, this analysis are carried out through the calculation of the Schedule variations and cost, which allowed us to know the delay and deficit amounts, the calculation of the performance indexes which allowed us to get the delayed percentage of the project and the executed percentage. Once these values have been achieved, it is important to know the forecast of the project to continue with the same performance, this allows us to know the value of the cost overrun of continuing with these projections and what is the performance that we must apply to each peso invested if I want to improve these indicators. Given the results, it was suggested the importance of the project executing company about implementing a methodology that allows it to improve its performance and thus to get into a competitive market.Ítem Aplicación de la metodología PMI para las etapas de planeación y ejecución de un proyecto de obra pública de infraestructura vial en la Ciudad de BogotáCaballero Rojas, Diego; Rodríguez Páez, Diego Alexander; Pineda Jaimes, Jorge ArturoThis document presents the reader with the tools, skills and competencies that be considered for the correct management of a road infrastructure project, which for the case study is located in the city of Bogotá and whose objective was the improvement or rehabilitation of the local road network.
