For this, it studies 4 main fronts of the project as follows: - Static non-linear analysis (PUSHOVER Methodology). - Methodology for revision of existing structures (NSR-10). - Assembly and structural calculations with structural software (SAP 2000 Analysis). - Determination of structural vulnerability (Application of an appropriate method to establish vulnerability in reinforced concrete buildings). For the above, we will document the fundamental concepts of each front of work in order to make an introduction and determine the need for input and study of each of these concepts. Theoretical bases of the ¿why? The PUSHOVER methodology is a reliable and highly reliable technique for the study of the vulnerability of buildings to seismic phenomena. The analysis procedures and values recommended by current Colombian regulations (NSR-10) are taken into account in order to ensure that the application of the document is prudent and of acceptance for real cases in the national territory. A step-by-step procedure of how to perform a drawing assembly and input engineering data in a structural software (SAP 2000) is indicated. Due to the update of the resistant earthquake norm, (which changed from the Colombian Code of Resistant Earthquake Constructions of 1984 to the NSR-98 and later to the NSR-10) the housing models proposed by the INURBE were left aside since they did not comply with the structural parameters required by the standard. For this reason, the implementation project of these homes has not met the initial objectives and instead has been forgotten. In this project, 14 architectural models of single-family dwellings have been resumed and, following the resistant earthquake standard, they have been updated, taking into account that the confined masonry is established as the load-bearing system in each design. The objective is to propose a free access booklet that compiles architectural and structural designs, which provides the user with the necessary information to build the house of interest and also establishes the geographical areas in Colombia for which each model was thought This booklet presents the construction plans of each design and complements them with the memories for the calculation of the confined wall following the parameters established by the earthquake resistant norm NSR-10. In the project throughout its development the following shortcomings have been detected: slippage of slopes causing prolonged closures, affectation in mobility, increase in travel times; collapse of the Chirajara bridge causing loss of life, damage to the soil, destruction of vegetation, pollution and diversion of the Chirajara ravine; mass movements at kilometer 58 producing with it waste on the road and surrounding bodies of water, collapse of bridge 1 dry pipe; banking instability leading to rising transport costs. Problem: propose a construction material to the housing sector, especially to the department of La Guajira, which faces a high housing deficit in Colombia. Objective: the objective of this research project is the characterization of 600 ml, 1.5 liter and 2.0 liter PET bottles, filled with sand and with a particle size of 1.19 mm. Methodology: 12 test tubes were designed per bottle size, the respective weighings were carried out before and after filling; The tests carried out were under compression, subjecting them to rupture. Results: the different specimens presented similar resistances, the 600 ml specimen presented a higher breaking load than the 1.5 and 2.0 liter specimens. The ranges established for the elaborated tests are 138 ≤ breaking load (KN) ≤ 240. Conclusion: the compressive strengths of the two compared materials do not show significant differences. The development of current technology has allowed the available digital tools to be useful means for the administrative control of the audit, with which greater efficiency can be achieved in the construction of works, avoiding aspects such as quality failures and corruption, going from the traditional in control activities to the digital that technology provides.
