Currently, the commercial process shows a deterioration that is materialized in the drop in sales in the first half of 2018, which is of great concern to management, because although the company has a product of excellent quality, design and efficiency, the sales force is what generates the turnover in the company, obviously supported by the different tools provided by the company, this without leaving aside the commercial expertise of each advisor. Therefore, it is proposed through the reengineering to design a mobile application that connects the actors of the textile sector, where each of them can offer their processes through electronic commerce. This innovation project allows to stimulate entrepreneurship by providing a means that leads to the formalization of the actors in the textile sector, similarly improves the management of time and current scope by allowing georeferencing their establishments in order to generate a strategic relationship that benefits them. The document first presents the generalities of the project, in the second chapter the frame of reference is shown, composed of: theoretical framework, background and legal framework, where it seeks to contextualize the panorama of these two careers, since the year they were founded, by which institution and a base of concepts that define the area of knowledge of each program. Subsequently, the methodology is presented, identifying the labor demand and supply, analyzing the employment relationship of recent graduates, as well as the academic offer, highlighting what the preferences of young people are when choosing a career to study, then the curricular contents of the projects, analyzing the study plans between Industrial Engineering and Production Engineering and the profiles (profile of applicant, professional and occupational) offered by the Francisco José de Caldas District University. The process of adaptation of a "SmartQuick" router software is presented to generate traceability in the dispatch and last-mile delivery processes for said warehouse. The main objectives refer to diagnosing the situation encountered at the beginning of the process; testing and adapting the router; and seeing what the impact of this technological improvement is in the last mile.The results are satisfactory, showing the tool as a growth opportunity for the Corona Logistics and Transportation (L&T) area. In a second phase, information was collected in the plant, recognizing the production phases by product, bills of materials and production times, as well as creating the masters in the system, such as OP classes, routes, operations, employees, others. Likewise, by means of evaluation of the management indicators corresponding to the Laboratory was diagnosed the provision of the services provided by this to the educational community; In this way it was possible to measure the execution of the GSC procedures of said Laboratory; this allows to know the provision of services to the different users of these laboratories seeking to optimize the use of the resources with which it is counted in Industrial Technology and Production Engineering, in addition to identifying the shortcomings and thus achieving a better quality of service. To comply with the above, an initial diagnosis of the company and the problem situation is started, which provides the bases for the application of analysis methodologies that allow the failures that affect their availability to be identified in the assets. Sport shoe company Maher is located in the Restrepo neighborhood in the town of Antonio Nariño in Bogotá, is a company in charge of designing shoes for men, women and children for distribution to different sectors within and outside the city. According to the proposed study design, the first phase of the document is based on environment analysis and strategic analysis. Information regarding the company, analysis of information collected in visits to the sector by identifying opportunities and threats in the company.
