Con el se presenta al mercado Colombiano una solución integral de control para los procesos de micro, pequeñas y medianas industrias y base de investigación para optimización de la soluciónÍtem Banco de pruebas para electromiografíaMartinez Paucar, Dayana Valeria; Melo Giraldo, Rodrigo Andres; Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarThis project was carried out in order to solve the problem that is experienced in the Francisco José de Caldas District University, given the lack of study of electromyographic signals, so a test bench was developed for this type of signals whose main objective is its analysis and application to the control of a robotic arm, this test bench was developed in the first phase with the design of the necessary circuits for the correct reading of the biopotentials generated by the movement of the muscles of the upper limb, in the second phase it was developed A study of muscular physiology in order to know the muscles in charge of each movement and position the electrodes in the correct way, finally a controller algorithm of these signals was designed, to be visualized in a graphical interface and in turn give robotic arm movement. As a result, a circuit capable of capturing the electromyographic signals was obtained, being processed by a PSoc microcontroller which is responsible for generating the movement of the robotic arm when the patient performs it, the patient being able to visualize through a graphical interface printed in LabVIEW the signals obtained from its biopotential.Ítem Behavioral model of a basic trabecular-bone multi-cellular unit using cellular automaton(Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas) Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarÍtem Diseño e implementación de un banco de pruebas electrónico para la caracterización de supercondensadoresCorrea Giraldo, Julián Andrés; Rodríguez Sarmiento, William Fernando; Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarThis paper describes the development, design and implementation of a test bed for the characterization of supercapacitors based on the method of loading and unloading constant current proposed by the IEC 62391 standard. The test bench comprises an electronic circuit for obtaining and to condition electrical signals of the supercapacitor, the electrical signals are transmitted by a microcontroller to a computer where a database and a graphical user interface is generated in Matlab.Ítem Diseño e implementación de un inversor con seguimiento y enganche a la fase de la red eléctricaHernandez Martinez, Jean Carlos; Varon Fisco, Andres Felipe; Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarAs technology advances and the levels of environmental contamination increase due to different factors caused by humanity, the use of clean energy has been potentiated, so much so that they have been implemented from large-scale systems to produce large amounts of energy for industry even small residential facilities. Therefore, this article describes the design and implementation of a DC / AC inverter, which has an apparent power of 50 VA at 110 VAC, from a 12 VDC battery that obtains the power supply by half of a solar panel of so many watts and such dimensions. Subsequently, a PLL (Phase Locked Loop) circuit is implemented in order to monitor and correct phase coupling with the electrical network, thus obtaining a minimum and practically negligible phase shift to ensure effective injection of the power supply. When the installed system comes into operation, accurate information is displayed locally on the total power generated by the system, the total power injected and the phase difference between the two waves. This prototype is developed and implemented to further promote the use of renewable energy in our country, generating the least possible impact on the planet's environment.Ítem Diseño, Implementación y Verificación de un Sistema de Hardware Reconfigurable para Aplicaciones de Control.Santos Estepa, Javier Ernesto; Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarThis project seeks to broaden the spectrum developed by the working group ( Rodríguez González M. & S. ) . Allowing the realization of a reconfigurable system for control applications .Ítem Prototipo de audiómetro digital basado en características tipo 3González López, Jeferson Mateo; Herrera Rodriguez, Diego Fernando; Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarThis article presents the development of the design and implementation of a type 3 digital audiometric prototype, which provides the possibility of performing audiometric tests on 60 and 80 phonies in a specific frequency range from 250Hz to 8000Hz more specifically (250Hz, 500Hz , 1000Hz, 2000Hz, 3000Hz, 4000Hz, 6000Hz and 8000Hz) in order to evaluate the auditory capacities of a subject, and carry out an analysis of the obtained data to obtain a preliminary diagnosis of the hearing level of the same. In addition, the interfaces are presented through which the evaluation process will be carried out on the device, the patient user interface and the supervisory user interface that will allow storing and interpreting previously performed audiometric tests.Ítem Sistema automatizado para una pista de revisiones técnico mecánicas; Gutiérrez Romero, Esneyder Fabián; Fonseca Velasquez, AldemarCurrently, CDA Rastrillantas has an obsolete electronic system in the technical-mechanical inspection track, which presents constant failures generating reprocesses and losses for the company. Therefore, it is required to design and implement an automation system along with a software which allows the control of the entire process in the track, saving the data of each station in a local database to finally give a report of the process by vehicle. The update of the electronics of the machines that require it will be designed with the purpose of eliminating disturbing signals since the current one presents constant failures in this aspect. The measurement signals will be captured by the PLC and depending on these will activate the motors of the braking and suspension machines when required, the PLC must send the final data to the software where the operator can view them, the software must be designed by stations to interpret the different signals emitted by the imported equipment and the PLC mentioned. All this to improve the efficiency of the process in the track, reducing technical failures, disturbances in the measured signals, implementing friendly interfaces for the operators and engineers of the track. This project will be carried out in the company CDA Rastrillantas, contributing in the efficiency and improvement of the processes established for the Technical Mechanical revisions. The project will be presented in monograph mode and will have an estimated duration of four months after its approval, it will be carried out remotely in the development of the software structure, i.e. from home, for the implementation of the electronics and integration of the project will be carried out in the CDA located in the city of Soacha-Cundinamarca and will have an estimated cost of $10,705,000.
