| dc.description | El presente trabajo, permitió identificar las necesidades de los cuidadores de pacientes con diagnóstico de esquizofrenia vinculados al programa de Hospital Día de la Unidad Médica Hospitalaria Especializada Santa Clara, esto a través del reconocimiento de cargas de tipo administrativo y emocional, por medio de un Estudio de Caso colectivo como estrategia metodológica, desde un enfoque cualitativo. Con el fin de perfilar una propuesta de intervención desde la perspectiva de bienestar emocional y fortalecimiento de herramientas ciudadanas para el pleno ejercicio de exigibilidad del Derecho a la Salud. | spa |
