Resumen
The students of the District University, currently in the productive stage, can show deficiencies that exist in the market due to the lack of engineering solutions in certain fields, is an example, currently Edson Rincón, works as a designer in a company of design and manufacture of palm oil extraction plants, where part of the equipment that is installed, are advance screws, when reviewing in the market alternatives for the improvement of the manufacture of propellers, it can be seen that these are supremely limited , so that the proponents of this project, decide to make the design of a machine for the development of them.
This document compiles the process by which the simulation of the model of a machine for manufacturing screw propellers of diameters 200mm to 900mm was designed and performed for TECNINTEGRAL S.A.S.
Thus, it can be evidenced in the project the alternative scales that exist in the market and the lack of practicality of these alternatives, therefore, it is not only proposed to design a machine that guarantees its operation, but that, this is more effective than Existing and proportions several alternatives and facilities that adapt to the company.
