Abstract

The Image contains news about the report of the second income commission where this commission had to realize, one, the amount of expenses that, as essential, are required by the municipal administration and justice in the province, two, of the current active and passive situation of the provincial treasury, three, of the fiscal elements, that is, the importance of the wealth and production in general of the province after gathering some general notions on these points. The commission is called upon to investigate the rent system that can resolve the difficulties of the current situation with fewer inconveniences. This report will therefore be limited to the examination of these points of discussion with all the brevity required by the pressure of time and the lack of practice of the commission in the management of the municipal affairs of that province.
