Resumen
The Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC) as the highest authority in the regulation, production and articulation of the country's geographic, cadastral and agrological information, meets the highest quality standards in this area, this entity has been in charge of carrying carry out the cadastral processes, training, updating and cadastral conservation in the nation to meet the objectives of the multipurpose cadastre, in this project the process of conservation. This internship project seeks to support, through the spatialization of cadastral conservation, the strengthening of the development of the cadastral process, for this objective we will work in the conservation area of the Nariño territorial area. IGAC, in which activities will be carried out such as the comprehensive study and classification of office and land procedures, forming a geographic database to carry out a spatial analysis, intended for requests for mutations that require a field visit, specifically focused on fifth class mutations. The spatialization of cadastral conservation becomes important due to the strengthening it provides for planning and decision-making in the development and execution of the procedures that require a field visit, such as second, third and fifth class mutations, which are worked on in the conservation area, this leads to an improvement for the executing professionals when planning visits and better management of economic resources and time. This internship as a degree modality is developed with the guidelines stipulated in Agreement 038 of 2015 of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, it will also have the guidance of the internal director in charge of the support of the degree work, also with the accompaniment of officials belonging to the conservation area, the area in which the work will be carried out. The objectives of the cadastral conservation area of the Territorial Nariño and the The objectives planned in the degree work allow knowledge of the scope that can be had in the project, highlighting the support from conservation area officials and the permits offered by the institute for access to the information contained in the National System Cadastral (SNC), with respect to the limitations, field work is highlighted, according to the dependence of its assignment by the institute in the internship development time.
