Abstract

The news on a daily basis transcends different audiences, but there are very few that target the agricultural sector, which leads to the need to inform this sector by means of a mobile application that it has a system of information collection to search and read news allowing what farmers and people who live in this sector, Learn more about the costs and inputs of the products they grow and sell on a daily basis. With the above, the main idea of the project is raised, for the development of this decisions are made which achieve a fast and efficient progress, so it was determined to work with a rss system and android studio, in addition made use of the agile methodology SCRUM, With this the creation process was carried out following the stages: ● First stage: the project’s scope and limitations were initiated, during which the objectives to be met were set. ● Second stage: planning and estimating, during this stage, the analysis of the project requirements and the activities to be carried out (User stories) are carried out. ● Third stage: implementation, in this stage the division of tasks is carried out by means of Sprints, taking into account the analysis carried out previously. ● Fourth stage: Review and Retrospective, at this stage diagrams and models obtained from the implementation of Sprints are presented. ● Fifth Stage: Launch, in the testing stage, the evidence of the tests carried out to the application is presented in order to demonstrate its correct functioning. Finally the application developed in kotlin language is delivered, which is a programming language dependent on java code, this is free and open, through the development environment of android studio. This application has a main menu to search for the different news of the agricultural sector and relatives, in addition it has a subscription system that allows you to customize the searches.
