Resumen
In this article, describing the procedure and components used as a guide to create a development environment in a 3D space that contribute to solve cervical diseases. The implementation is mainly done under software using two powerful Blender and Python tools. In general, an avatar is implemented within a virtual environment which will guide the user to perform a series of exercises such as active pauses. To follow the therapy is created a file in which the user's data is stored, the stories as the time and the connections made. For the development of the environment we use the video game engine Blender (BGE), python commands, logical blocks, audios in OGG format. All of the above with the aim of compressing information related to physical therapy to transform any computer into an ideal place to perform exercises, which help relieve neck pain and cervical area.
