dc.description	En el entonces la ciudad Bogotana solo se veían gobernar a los conservadores, los cuales generaron bastantes cambios dentro de cuidad, como lo fue la agricultura y la construcción de diferentes calles y barrios haciendo que la misma se llenara de satisfacción al ver esa remodelaciones que como bien se menciona hermoseaban la ciudad. Con la ayuda de un obrero Alemán y un artesano de la capital se construye una maquina para trillar que facilita la gran renovación	spa
