At that time the city of Bogotana was only seen to govern the conservatives, which generated quite a few changes within the city, as it was the agriculture and the construction of different streets and neighborhoods making it filled with satisfaction to see that remodeling that as well mentioned beautified the city. With the help of a German worker and a craftsman from the capital a threshing machine is built that facilitates the great renovation

En el entonces la ciudad Bogotana solo se veían gobernar a los conservadores, los cuales generaron bastantes cambios dentro de cuidad, como lo fue la agricultura y la construcción de diferentes calles y barrios haciendo que la misma se llenara de satisfacción al ver esa remodelaciones que como bien se menciona hermoseaban la ciudad. Con la ayuda de un obrero Alemán y un artesano de la capital se construye una maquina para trillar que facilita la gran renovación
