Abstract

For investors and owners of small and medium enterprises (MYPES) in our country, they have begun to become apparent as the constant generation of these business units has had a direct impact on the levels of competitiveness that show the different productive sectors, this healthy competition has led them to assess and often restructure their business models, from hiring professional consulting services with which they can exploit and realize these opportunities to improve the business environment shows them. We define as providing professional consulting services to large sector of MSEs with which the country, specifically those with location in Bogota and its surroundings; the objective is not other than to accompany the strategic processes of these organizations and by diagnosing their structures to be assertive in implementing selected towards increasing their competitiveness in the market methodologies.
