dc.description	La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de:" Ya que la empresa del Acueducto no ha podido colocar la tubería de la calle 22, después de un año de abierta la cabida, donde debía quedar, si debía hacer tapar la inmunda zanja con que ha querido favorecer a los infelices moradores de aquella calle. Hemos llegado a creer que la autoridad debería intervenir para hacer repara el daño de aquella calle, pues es hoy la susodicha zanja, un enorme cauce que las aguas ensancharon y que se convirtió en un foco de infección intolerable ".
