Apoyo al diagnóstico, seguimiento y control de la compensación por endurecimiento de zonas verdes relacionada con los permisos de ocupación de cauces playas y/o lechos otorgados por la Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente (SDA) entre el año 2014 y 2022

Abstract

The Main Ecological Structure (EEP) is a fundamental element in the planning and territorial ordering of Bogotá, it is defined and delimited in the Territorial Ordering Plan (POT) and has the basic function of sustaining and conducting biodiversity and ecological processes. essential throughout the territory, therefore, their preservation must be guaranteed, through maintenance, recovery, rehabilitation or restoration strategies. However, one of the entities in charge of controlling and monitoring the EEP of the Capital District is the District Secretary of the Environment (SDA), which has the Subdirectorate of Environmental Control for the Public Sector (SCASP) in charge of technical-legal processes for compliance with the regulations that in terms of environmental control are applicable to public entities of the Capital District (SDA, s.f), for the above, currently, the SCASP is carrying out activities to follow up on compensation for hardening of green areas. Thus, in the development of this internship, the process of diagnosis, monitoring and control of the compensation for the hardening of green areas associated with the occupation permits of beach channels and/or beds granted by the SDA between 2014 and 2022; This was carried out in a total of 3 phases, which include the study of the associated regulations, generation and presentation of a diagnostic report based on the information update, and the monitoring of visits with the projection of technical concepts in the cases required; The information of 234 files corresponding to the permits granted by the SDA to different projects of a public and private nature in Bogotá was consolidated from 2014 to 2022, identifying different cases regarding the status of compliance with the compensation obligation in accordance with the associated and current regulations.
