Abstract

This Project is an exploration of theatrical exercises that aims to provide teaching tools to the elderly to improve the quality of their interpersonal communication. Specifically in a geri-atric foundation of the municipality of Achaa. It Is sought from an investigation of theatrical theories, to create a concrete workshop that serves for the older adult to enrich their commu-nicative capacities, reinforcing the flaws or errors that this population has when transmitting a message, which will be known Through surveys conducted as a first approach to this commu-nity. With the results obtained, we will proceed to make an analysis of the communication in this community, in order to propose workshops with theatrical resources that serve as an ex-cuse to parent the elderly with art forms and enrich their expressive capacities. Three work-shops have been carried out, until the date in which the population has been given communi-cation resources, the first one that I try to self-image, the how they perceive themselves and the second that I try the use of the voice and the third a body workshop of low impact with Ju Egos of improvisation, basic and essential themes, at the moment of wanting to express an idea; Later will be workshops that will have as main theme the use of body and creativity, which will allow us to put into play everything learned throughout the workshops already done. It Is expected to show progress at the end of the workshops, with a final group activity with people outside the community, allowing them to use the tools provided in the workshops.
