Determinar el deterioro del pavimento flexible mediante metodología de auscultación VIZIR Y PCI con relación al CBR y la estructura de pavimento

Abstract

In order to identify the degree of deterioration of the road under study, we find the existence of two foreign VIZIR and PCI methodologies, the VIZIR methodology that is French, this methodology is approved and used by the national institute of roads INVIAS, while that the PCI methodology is North American; they identify the current state and the degree of deterioration in existing roads in a qualitative way. These methodologies give us an initial approach to the need to carry out maintenance and / or rehabilitation on roads. But, being a qualitative methodology it is necessary to complement the quantitative study and thus identify the structural conditions of the road and finally, generate an adequate approach for the maintenance and / or rehabilitation of the pavement.
