Resumen
The research analyzes the incidence of school violence in the violation of the rights of children and adolescents in the period between 2006 and 2015 in the city of Bogotá, taking into account the social status of students as subjects of rights, the emerging forms that violence presents in schools and the processes of restitution and protection of violated rights. Pierre Bourdieu serves as a theoretical reference in terms of the dynamics present in the school field, the agents that compose it, the struggles that occur between them and the different capitals that come into play, expressed in exclusive and vulnerary pedagogical practices; The qualitative and participatory methodological design was supported from the social education centers with students, in-depth interviews with documents and review of public documents.
