Resumen
This paper proposes the components, relationships and preliminary model characteristics District University-company relationship, which constitute the starting point for the University to strengthen and generate new processes, dependencies and conventions on this relationship.
First they identify, classify and characterize relationship models Business University in national and foreign universities, thereby seeking to set clear parameters to collect all the key features that should be the model.
Secondly the presentation and analysis of results of the survey practiced entrepreneurs and experts from the region and experts from the Academy is performed. From the results obtained the current status of the University District is characterized.
Subsequently identified and related components preliminary model of the relationship University District company to finally describe why their relationships and characteristics.
