dc.description	Los subsidios de energía eléctrica implementados actualmente en el país, han perdido la finalidad con la cual fueron creados, debido a esto es necesario utilizar los recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación para cubrirlos haciendo que cada vez sea mayor el valor costeado por el estado dificultando su ejecución, por esta razón se hace necesario desde la ingeniería estudiar las posibilidades que permitan solucionar este problema, garantizando que los subsidios sean recibidos por los usuarios mas necesitados.	spa
