In Bogotá D.C., the bar scene has evolved to include a variety of experiences that go beyond traditional drinks. Gastrobars have emerged as a popular option, blending gastronomy with a bar atmosphere and providing an ideal space for socialization. These establishments offer not only an extensive selection of beverages but also integrate elements such as music and cuisine, creating a unique experience that attracts a diverse audience. Music plays a crucial role in the customer experience, as it directly influences their mood and how they perceive the environment. For many, music is an extension of their identity, and its presence in a social setting can either enhance or detract from the experience. Therefore, gastrobares must be meticulous in selecting and managing the music, ensuring it appropriately complements the atmosphere and the customers' preferences. Without careful management, the risk of dissatisfaction increases, which can negatively impact the establishment's reputation. In response to this challenge, implementing Information Technology (IT) to automate the management of music requests presents an effective solution. This project proposes the development of a web application that allows gastrobares to improve efficiency in music management, reducing response times and increasing customer satisfaction. By automating this process, the workflow for staff is optimized, and the musical experience better aligns with customers' expectations, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of service.
