Danza y literatura como experiencia estética

Abstract

The focus of the present research is to generate and to fortify the aesthetic experience of people who get on in a multicultural environment thanks to the meeting between dance and literature. We work during the year with a youth group who finished its learning process with a creation and staging of an original art work based on colombian folk literature and colombian folk dance. The proposal and its subsequent analysis is based on Jauss theory according to the aesthetic experience, and on oficial documents of governmental organisations charged of the education and the arts. Between the main results, thanks to the creative challenge and the staging, we can stand out that the sensible turned into something really significant for the young group. In addition, we gave back the place to the literature into the arts field and achieved that arts education be taken with the importance and seriousness that it deserves
