There was realized the characterization of four samples of the Municipality of Paipa, Boyacá of which the classified one was selected as it disturbs the one that carried out the extraction, purification and obtaining acid. For such an end a method of extraction was standardized and the characterization realized by means of analysis physicist - chemist and instrumental tests, of which there was obtained that really acids were extracted húmicos and that the performance of this extraction was 22±5 %, and I check with espectroscopia to go that presence of groups showed hidroxilos for the broad beak between 3600 and 3300 cm 1, and group carboxí because the extent of the band reaches even them 3000cm-1. In 2900 cm 1 the methylic groups can be identified, the present beaks between 2500 and 1900 cm 1 are visible for the existence of carboxylic acids in the structure, the band between 1600 and 1400 they are visible for the presence of aromatic rings, the beaks demonstrated 1680-1690 cm 1 for carboxylic unsaturated aromatic acids and the strong beaks found between 900-990 cm 1 indicate alquenos monoreplaced, which confirms that the obtained substance they are acid húmicos and that they present a percentage of aromaticity. Later to this there realized the ultrastructural characterization that it threw as result that the structure of acids húmicos is divided in two types one that is rugose and with enough abultamientos and other one that is smooth with faces and rectangular tops and with caps in one alone direction, besides the fact that they present three types of big, small and medium particles those that were measured and the ranges were obtained of magnificación royal. As for the ultrastructural characterization of the H.pylori there was obtained that this one does not expire with the information brought on the royal size, nevertheless, it is possible to estimate that the bacterium if it coincides with form and taxonomía in addition it was achieved to see by means of the images obtained by Electronic Microscopy of Sweep since the bacteria intergesticulate by means of pipes of recombination.
