Implementación de un estado de radicación y generación de un código de certificados de espectro para autenticación única en la plataforma SGE (Sistema de Gestión del Espectro Radioeléctrico) del MINTIC aplicando metodologías ágiles de desarrollo y criterios de TES América Andina

Abstract

In this paper shows how was implemented the generation of a unique code for certificates of spectrum in the platform System of Spectrum management SGE from Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications MINTIC of Colombia. The tool helps that can authenticate only with that code and allows the implementation of a new status of filing for applications concerning the electromagnetic spectrum. To realize this project was required training by the Company TesAmerica Andina Ltda. The whole project was guided by leaders and experts engineers of Research and Development (R & D) of the Company Tes America Andina, which is listed by Colciencias as a as a highly innovative Company. Funding for the project was taken over by the company Tes America Andina with an approximate cost of $ 4.060.000 and the project duration was 5 months and the number of hours worked per person of 480 hours.
