The image contains news about Circular Number 14 of the Council of Public Instruction, issued by the State of Cundinamarca on March 19, 1860. In this communication, the president of the Council directs the Mayor of the district the task of coordinating with the Director of the local school the distribution of teaching hours in accordance with articles 30 and 32 of the Code of Public Instruction. The circular highlights the importance of adapting school schedules to the climatic and geographical conditions of the district, in order to maximize educational effectiveness. Emphasis is placed on taking advantage of the cooler hours of the morning and early afternoon in hot climates, avoiding the hours immediately after meals, which are considered unprofitable.
