| dc.description | Este documento presenta el desarrollo metodológico empleado y los resultados obtenidos en la caracterización e implementación de un sistema de control y automatización para una cámara de curación y secado de tabaco Burley. Esto se realizó con el propósito de analizar sus tres etapas: amarillamiento, fijación de color y secado.En primera instancia, se da a conocer el proceso que se debe tener en cuenta para curación de tabaco Burley en caney, al aire libre. En segundo lugar, se hace el análisis del sistema de calefacción y humidificación con el fin de seleccionar el más adecuado que permita mantener condiciones ideales para la curación y secado del Burley. Finalmente, se presenta el análisis de los resultados mediante exposición de gráficos y tablas. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper present the methodology development used for characterization and implementation of a control and automation of a camera for curing and drying of Burley tobacco, done with the purpose of analyzing its three stages: yellowing, color fixing and drying.As first step, the paper gives to know the process that is important for air curing of Burley tobacco. As second step, analysis of heating and humidification of system is presented, for determinate the most adequate control system for maintenance the ideal conditions for curing and drying of Burley.
