Abstract

Currently, companies are increasingly seeing the need to support their operation with information systems, which allow them to streamline and automate the different processes that they handle in their business logic. The Workflow, plays a relevant role in the computer science advances with respect to the management of the operative and administrative processes of the companies, allowing to serve as support for the automation of tasks and functions within the systems. The Claims Medical Audit companies have seen this tool as an aid for the automation of the procedures carried out, where the tasks, activities, documents and different data are transmitted from one user to another according to the defined roles and profiles, based on business rules. However, currently the tools available in the market have forced these companies to outsource these information systems, generating high maintenance costs in new needs to be implemented and in support.
