Resumen
The current human society is the result of the adaptation and evolution of groups at some point to the correlation of living conditions, under the logical order of laws that determine population development. Therefore, through time, multiple authors have emerged who have focused their efforts on the reconstruction of history, based on hypothetical models, theories, study of possibilities and prolongation of cultural connections subject to old and new methods. However, with the growing concerns of some social actors about the negative environmental impacts caused by the traditional energy system, the search for alternative systems has been promoted to counteract the detriment of the natural heritage. Through these environmental initiatives it is intended to actively stimulate relief, without neglecting economic and sociocultural growth; This is where it is expected that from the discipline of environmental administration, models and ideals will be established that contribute to the modifications of collective behaviors that promote a real and consistent change from serious policies that are a source of practical institutional models.
