La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del informe relacionado con los asuntos que estan a cargo del inspector 8 de la policía municipal
correspondientes al año 1891, donde indica que realizo las siguientes mejoras como: colocar agua en la plaza de armas, favoreciendo a todos los habitantes del sector, realizó el replane del piso de la plaza de armas, indica que queda totalmente refaccionada la cuadra 3º y la carrera 6º y actualmente compone la cale 2º, también informa sobre la implementación del mercado los dias jueves y la realización de una feria cada mes la cual le a traído muy buenos resultados.
