Abstract

The Catalog of Tènicos Resources is born from the personal restlessness that is generated when leaving withdrawn of the Conservatory School of Ibaguè and entering the Faculty of Arts (ASAB) of the District University where the instrumental technique and all its resources are a means to improve our interpretation, that is why I want to expand my knowledge by proposing a series of study logs where I propose techniques of saxophone and trumpet applied to the instrumental study in a didactic and fun way, where muscle warming, breathing exercises, different scales , intervàlico study are tools that help us to improve our musical performance and therefore develop our creativity to perform improvisations, improve our organization of daily routines and improve our interpretive virtuosity. As the Cuban saxophone teacher Cèsar Lopèz says "Technique is a means of interpretation but not a medium".
