Resumen
The internship had its development thanks to the inter-institutional agreement in force between the national and district entities such as the Instituto Geografico Agustín Codazzi together with the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas providing interns and students of the Cadastral Engineering and Geodesy Program an approach to professional practice, taking into account that the Engineer is trained with tools related to the projects headed by the IGAC, since it has the ideal profile for the implementation and support of this type of projects. The project was carried out in the subdirectorate of cadastre, supporting the Internal Evaluation Working Group, which lasted approximately five months. During the development of this internship, the project had four focuses, among which is the production of basic inputs for the calculation of the Property Valuation Index of 2021 in the cities of Cali, Villavicencio, Tunja and Ibagué, as well as the purification of databases and real estate research with information collected in the field by professionals and in a virtual way and by telephone communication; the realization and structuring of appraisal reports for the Unidad de Restitución De Tierras – URT;the generation of graphical outputs of homogeneous land areas requested by the Institute, which function as input for IGAC professionals in their appraisals; finally, assistance, collection of information and generation of committee minutes of the quality committees carried out and programmed from the Institute, with a group of qualified professionals to review and approve the final appraisals. As for the results, four graphic outputs were obtained showing all areas of similar value obtained in the cities of Tunja, Villavicencio, Cali and Ibagué, as well as their respective Excel databases with debugged and classified information and Access databases with all uploaded information. A total of 14 appraisal reports were also made, generating homogeneous land areas for various sites located in the municipalities of Garzón, Huila; La Palma, Cundinamarca; Fómeque, Cundinamarca; Salamina, Caldas; Pensilvania, Caldas; Albania, Caquetá; San vicente del Caguán, Caquetá; Palmira, Valle de Cauca; La Cumbre, Valle del Cauca. Finally, the minutes of two urban committees were made.
