La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de un comunicado sobre la mala atención y abandono de los enfermos en el hospital desde las 6 de tarde hasta el otro día sin ser asistidos en ese tiempo y dejando morir a sus pacientes sin ningún aliento, también se indica que las autoridades de policía pueden asistir a la hora que quieran para realizar la debida investigación, ya que se les abriría a cualquier hora de la noche, a esta nota se refiere una contestación por parte del señor Alcalde qué indica que los enfermos cuentan con su compañía hasta las 7 y que se les brinda el debido acompañamiento.
