Abstract

This project aims to provide the company OIKOS with a design of cold warehouses to expand the portfolio of services that it needs, it can be the basis for an improvement to the application of a new refrigeration system and even use it as a model at the time of quotation with different companies for the adaptation of those wineries. On the other hand, it will be possible to access a new storage market, this being a new service offered to its clients or inhabitants of the city, with an efficient thermal system that allows the storage of products, considering that they have different storage requirements. It will be governed from the technical standards for the storage of perishable and non-perishable items, complying with this with the legal requirements established by law. Among the most important terms found in this project are such as refrigeration capacity, which refers to the amount of cold to be produced, or using industry-specific terms, the amount of heat that must be extracted from an environment. And the energy power is defined by the amount of energy produced to reach the ideal temperature.
