La imagen contiene una noticia sobre la reunión entre la Gobernación y los periodistas de Bogotá, para hablar sobre la situación de salubridad de Bogotá, enfatizando en la participación concurrente del Gobierno, la policía y el público, para abordar la problemática y dar solución a ella. En esta reunión se sugiere la creación de un Hospital solo para atender enfermedades infecciosas y para la esterilización del agua con aporte de acueducto, pero por la falta de recursos no permite que se realicen estos proyectos de manera oportuna.
