Evaluación de los temas estratégicos en la gestión del conocimiento del recurso hídrico entre 1990 y 2015 para el desarrollo de políticas públicas en Colombia

Abstract

The result of information gathering, analysis and proposal for knowledge management in water resource in Colombia, where scientific advances that have developed in the country to learn and manage this resource evidence is presented. In this paper the research groups registered in the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation Scienti which have contribution to her knowledge management in water, which has to do with scientific articles, books, papers, undergraduate thesis is analyzed and graduate among others. Also the period 1990 to 2015 was analyzed funded projects in the National Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation COLCIENCIAS. Also an expert consultation at national level on the investigations should be made in Colombia through the Delphi method and a prospective assessment of possible future scenarios was performed. As a result of crossing this information and to hold a meeting of experts on water resources in Colombia and review research priorities in water from countries like Mexico, Brazil, China and the United States, and as communities like the European Union issues were determined strategic research for water resources in the country, which are issues related to water resources: Risk and Global Change, functions of the hydrological cycle; Water Quality and Pollution, Water Systems, Governance, conservation and restoration protection of water resources and associated biodiversity, education, awareness and culture, and engineering and applied technologies.
