Diseño de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para las equipos y herramientas en Dimancol Group SAS

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop a preventive maintenance plan for equipment and tools designed for Dimancol Group S.A.S, a legally constituted company that focuses its operations on the installation and maintenance of electrical networks and structures. Through the maintenance plan, it is intended to improve the quality of the service provided by the company and increase the availability of the equipment belonging to the maintenance area. To comply with the above, an initial diagnosis of the company and the problem situation is started, which provides the bases for the application of analysis methodologies that allow the failures that affect their availability to be identified in the assets. Subsequently, a proposal is developed that contributes to the solution of the current problem, determining the financial benefits that the implementation of this plan could bring to the company.
