Abstract

In the field of Colombian Soccer Clubs, the Fundación Juan Manuel Bermúdez Nieto, which carried out different processes of political organization and pedagogy that gave birth to the Social Barrismo; one of those processes was training of barrista promoters, where we worked on the training of barrista leaders alternatives, in order to reduce violence between bars, promote the care of life, the political participation and the consolidation of soccer clubs as organizations grassroots popular And it is around what was mentioned that a systematization of experiences in order to recover part of the history of the Foundation and the process of training of barrista promoters, making a special focus on how said process indirectly favored the emergence of New Masculinities and the appearance of a Becoming a Barrista Monster.
