Abstract

The extinction of dominion is a mechanism by means of which the State can pursue the goods of origin or illicit destination, through a judicial route that has as purpose to declare the loss of the right of ownership of these resources: what is sought with this methodological proposal, is the elaboration of the format of request of estimates of rent in real property subject to horizontal property, under the procedures demanded in Resolution 620 of 2008 of the Geographical Institute Agustín Codazzi I.G.A. G, taking as main reference, Article 1. Comparison or market method and which are under a domain extinction process; this format has the purpose of facilitating, streamlining and minimizing the error in the review and approval of the income estimates, a process carried out by the provisional depositors who are the administrators of these real estate
