Resumen
This document aims to present the business plan for marketing perishable foods in markets and stores in Bogotá, focused and modeled on the development of a mobile application called Food Saver. It is based on a canvas methodology, where its main value proposition is to offer a way to provide a selling option for perishable foods through more affordable prices, thus contributing to reducing food waste. Additionally, it seeks to highlight and identify, through a SWOT and PEYEA analysis, the strengths and positioning of the proposal against competitors, while verifying the feasibility and viability of its implementation. This will be done using a market financial analysis and an analysis of the potential risks in its implementation, as well as its impacts on the market.
