| dc.description | La imagen presenta una noticia acerca de: "Con mucha frecuencia hemos visto que para desaguar los depósitos que de trecho en trecho tienen las cañerías del gas, se hace uso de pequeñas bombas, que, puestas en movimiento, arrojan sobre las calles un torrente de agua infecta que en ocasiones impide el paso y el derecho que tengan los empleados del gas para hacer tal uso de las vías públicas y creemos que la policía debe ordénales que al hacer los desagües lleven consigo un barril ó cosa semejante para recoger el agua y botaría en la alcantarilla más inmediata.
