Abstract

The Ministry of National Education, through Resolution 20600 of 2021, stipulated that higher education institutions that intend to renew their qualified registration must comply with all the requirements listed in articles 57 and 61 of Resolution 21795 of 2020, within which It is mentioned that proposals for improvement in the mechanisms for articulating learning results with the curriculum must be demonstrated. This project was developed under the client/server architecture with the SCRUM methodology which allowed us to have the necessary tools to develop it productively and use technological tools such as: CSS, HTML, MySQL and PHP. The creation of a system for assigning study objects within the curricular project of Technology in Data Systematization and Telematics Engineering is proposed that enables the curricular project to demonstrate the teaching-learning relationship between teachers and students; through a tool that allows you to manage the assignments associated with academic spaces and thus list the different concepts linked to the topic of study. In addition, it facilitates decision-making in order to achieve the renewal of institutional accreditation and apply continuous improvement. The proposed system has 2 layers, one public and one private. In the public layer, the study object view and statistical visualization module was designed that will allow a user not registered in the system, such as applicants, to know the study objects of interest and on which each person focuses. academic space; and the private layer is designed for the administrator user, who, in addition to the aforementioned modules, has the privilege of creating, editing, deleting and assigning study objects.
