The image contains a news story about abuse by consular agents when collecting fees in violation of the customs code. This situation has been brought to the attention of the Secretary of the Treasury without any action being taken in this regard. On the other hand, the neglect of the executive power is noted in not exercising due administration of the seaports and abuses are also committed when collecting taxes that contradict the national constitution. In addition, the theft or looting of merchandise that does not arrive intact at its destination is recorded and officials are urged to carry out due surveillance and persecute the thieves who carry out these actions. La imagen contiene una noticia acerca del abuso por parte de agentes consulares al cobrar cuotas contraviniendo el código de aduanas. Esta situación se ha puesto en conocimiento del secretario de hacienda sin que se haya tomado medidas al respecto. Por otra parte, se advierte el descuido del poder ejecutivo al no ejercer una debida administración de los puertos marítimos ya que también se comenten abusos al cobrar los impuestos que contradicen la constitución nacional. Se registra, además, el hurto o saqueo de mercancías las cuales no llegan íntegras a su lugar de destino y se exhorta a los funcionarios a realizar la debida vigilancia y persecución de los ladrones que realizan estas acciones.
