Formulación de un modelo de negocio para prestar los servicios de ingeniería conceptual para el diseño de líneas de ensamble de plantas de membranas

Abstract

This paper shows the development of a business model aimed at providing conceptual engineering services for assembly lines of membrane plants to water treatment companies in the city of Bogotá. The planning and structuring of a new company was carried out, as well as all the research related to the solution given to the problem with which it was decided to work. In this way, an exhaustive market study was carried out, which is considered the bottleneck of this work, since the subject of membrane plants at the Latin American level and especially at the national level does not have certified commercial information, for which reason take into account information of investigative origin to support it, as well as information on metal-mechanic companies at a local level dedicated to the manufacture of water treatment equipment. Since the service offered is subject to the request given by the client, the engineering of the project was focused on a particular reverse osmosis membrane plant through the use of commercial software obtained by suppliers such as Suez, Toray, Lewatit, among others, Finally taking into account the sales plan, the determination of resources, materials and human talent, the economic-financial analysis of the project is determined, where its profitability and the feasibility of investing in the proposed business model are evaluated.
