Resumen
The following project aims to strengthen the maintenance routines carried out in the first and highest electromagnetically propelled roller coaster in Latin America. It is pertinent to carry out such a project, considering that it is vital that the park has a perfectly functioning attraction with 100% availability and reliability, selling the primary service offered by the company, which is safety. The project includes research into the behavior of a mechanical attraction that the company intends to design and, in the future, implement a maintenance plan based on reliability and a lubrication routine based on a tribological chart to mitigate and predict future failures that may cause unfortunate events in a high-impact attraction. During the research, the aim is to understand and expose the different systems of the attraction and their criticality during operation. The aim is to obtain the entire plan to be delivered to the company according to the ISO 14224 standard that allows the components to be classified and evaluated, from their taxonomy to identify their primary parts and those that are maintainable and their frequency of intervention.
