The president of the Republic. By virtue of the request submitted to the Executive Branch by the Parish Council of Chipaque, requesting the segregation (SIC) of that parish district of the canton (SIC) Cáqueza and (SIC) its aggregation (SIC) to that of Bogotá; i (SIC) of the report issued by the Government (SIC) of this province, in accordance with that request; using the power conferred by article 2 of the law (SIC) of May 29, 1847; that determines the powers of the Executive Branch over territorial division (SIC).

El Presidente de la República. En virtud de la solicitud elevada al Poder Ejecutivo por el Cabildo parroquial de Chipaque, pidiendo la segregacion (SIC) de aquel distrito parroquial del canton (SIC) Cáqueza i (SIC) su agregacion (SIC) al de Bogotá; i (SIC) del informe evacuando por la Gobernacion (SIC) de esta provincia, conforme con aquella solicitud; usando de la facultad que le confiere el artículo 2° de la lei (SIC) de 29 de mayo de 1847; que determina las atribuciones del Poder Ejecutivo sobre division (SIC) territorial.
