Coordinación logístico-administrativa para el grupo empresarial Silva en la producción del festival de la Pájara Pinta club Mesa de Yeguas

Abstract

This document provides information about the internship: logistical - administrative coordination for the Silva business group, in the production of the Pájara Pinta festival, to be developed at the Mesa de Yeguas club. To begin it is important to know a little of the work of this company. Grupo empresarial Silva S.A.S., through its brand recrea Colombia, is a design, consulting and administration of specialized projects with an approach aimed at recovering ancestral traditions in the sports, cultural and recreational fields, aimed at recovering and maintaining good customs thus strengthening the healthy coexistence. It was created in 2012 with the idea of ​ serving as support and advice for all those organizations in order to mitigate planning and execution errors that lead to time losses, cost increases and non-fulfillment of expectations, within the annual schedule of activities offered to its collaborators, clients and associates. It is evident that the lack of planning determines unexpected results in any project and life itself, because who does not know where it is going, any road serves him, as Ángel Barrantes (2016) puts it: "For a project to be completed successfully it is necessary determine and efficiently manage the different stages that compose it, in such a way that the client is satisfied with the results", so that the result is of total satisfaction it is necessary to use project management methods that help to plan the stages of it, even taking into account the limitations imposed. This project is an invitation and a window to the sports manager, which shows the skills and importance of a specialized professional with a social approach, a professional not only with the ability to manage resources but also with the ability to visualize the needs of the individual and assume them as their own to guarantee optimal results.
