Resumen
The purpose of this project was to structure the CANVAS business model for the Confecciones D&G SAS microenterprise, whose main objective is the manufacture of blouses and bodysuits for women, with original designs, high quality standards and affordable prices for the target population. In a broad way, the theoretical framework of each of the elements that make up the Canvas model and its specific application in microenterprises was presented, thus providing an integrative and value-added vision in jobs, marketing strategies, customer service. client, distribution, among other fundamental processes. In addition, it was possible to validate with the collection of information that the clothing sector is one of the job-generating industries and that it contributes to the growth of the Colombian economy. It is concluded by the results obtained and the approach of new strategies that it is a viable business.
