Abstract

This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the current operational state of the company, using methodologies such as diagnostic sheets, process flow diagrams, and technical sheets, to evaluate productivity in response to existing demand. A structured proposal is formulated to implement an integrated production management system, addressing the absence of a production plan, a process control mechanism, and strategic planning. A production plan is developed that includes work orders, a materials requirement plan tailored to order quantities, a cost summary for each raw material requested in the order, and technical product specifications. Furthermore, four management indicators are designed to enhance process supervision and efficiency. This framework offers a holistic approach to optimize production management, address operational challenges, and establish a solid foundation for the company's strategic growth.
