Aplicativo para la gestión ágil de inventario de equipos de baja en la mesa de ayuda de la Gobernación de Cundinamarca

Abstract

The Government of Cundinamarca faces challenges in managing decommissioned equipment, such as CPUs and monitors, due to the lack of a specialized system that ensures agile and accurate control. Although the “Aranda” platform is used for general asset registration, its limitations cause delays, information errors, and difficulties during internal audits. To address this issue, a web application was designed and implemented for the Help Desk, aimed at optimizing the registration, monitoring, and control of decommissioned equipment. The proposed solution improves traceability, automates processes such as email notifications on equipment status, and ensures greater transparency, efficiency, and user satisfaction in the management of the entity’s technological resources.
